At-Home Care Provider services specializing in Pediatric, Adult, Elderly and End of Life Care
Nutrition: Meal prep, Medication reminders, Assistance with feeding as needed
ADL'S: Providers will assist with all daily activities and needs to include (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, hygiene and self care needs)
Providers may also assist with personal care needs such as making appointments, arranging schedules, reminders, lists if applicable.
Assistance with activities and hobbies to include: gardening, reading, sewing, crocheing, knitting, dominoes, cards, board games, chess, brain teasers etc...
Providers will assist with daily errands to include: picking up dry cleaning, grocery shopping, shopping for necessities, arranging public transportation or help with specialty transportation needs.
Companionship and Entertainment
Housekeeping: Light housekeeping with end goal being a clean and safe environment for client.
Transportation: available for doctor, beauty, and miscellaneous appointments.
